Central serous retinopathy is a typically sporadic self limited disease of young or middle aged adult males type A personality usually affects one eye with localized detachment of sensory retina at macula. Presentation is with unilateral bluirring of vision associated with positive scotoma and micropsia or macropsia and metamorphopsia. Treatment Short course – spontaneous absorption of SRF occurs with in 1-6months. Prolonged-lasts longer than 6 months but spontaneously resolves in 12 months. Chronic cases will be treated with Argon laser photocoagulation . For more details Click Here
